Ain't it funny how time slips away?♫♫

I don't think any of us are ever totally prepared for Christmas in our earthly world.  We scurry here and there buying presents, food, greeting cards and the reason for the celebration is pushed to the back of our minds.  We are all wanting to put CHRIST back in Christmas so start with yourself.
Take time each day to focus on the wonderful blessed birth of our savior JESUS.  What a miracle he was....and still is.  In my journey with my Husband's Multiple Myeloma cancer, I turn to God for strength every day.  This February will be seven years since he was diagnosed and on chemo.  The chemo is no longer working and there is no cure.  He was given 5-10 yrs. so we are very happy to have another Christmas together.  He has started radiation treatments on his lower back however, to try to help the horrendous pain he suffers. 4 down and 9 to go daily except for weekends.  So I have been very busy driving to the radiation center.  He also had to have 2 more pints of blood after falling last Thursday in the night and losing much blood.  He is black and blue on half of his face and his eye is just now open again.
So I feel badly when I do not have time to write here on my Christian blog but I am thinking of you all and praying for all those in need in the side bar.  Little Rylan is doing well, he is a little miracle.  I also met 2 people at the radiation center this week, one with lung cancer and one with a brain tumor so I am praying for them as well.
Just remember that God is there for you through the storms of life, no matter how severe they may be.  So look up instead of down and thank the Father for being there in our times of need...

Merry CHRISTmas to all and to all-walk in the Light of Jesus.  Unto us a child is born...
My Christian heart to yours...

Without Him we are nothing. He holds me thru every waking moment. I know He is holding you both. Know that our love is always there with you, my precious friends.

Kerrie, We are Christians too. My husband Ken and I have been married for 23 years this past Dec 12th was our Anniversary, he is my Best Friend, soul mate, my everything and we are one.
The Lord Jesus is in our marriage and I do believe that is what makes a marriage work, with Christ in the CENTER!
I will be praying for the person with the lung cancer, I lost my Auntie 6 yrs from lung cancer and then 3 years after that my Uncle her husband died of lung cancer, both heavy smokers and I am praying for the one with a brain tumor and that touches here at home our oldest son is 20 yers old and is in college now but 3 months before he graduated from high school he lost a friend that he grew up with since kindergarden to 12th grade and Tom had a brain tumor and they all did go to their prom and they all voted to have Tom be KING at the prom. They graduated Tom early because the tumor came back and he died and our son played baseball 11 1/2 halfs and my hubby also coached them and football for 3 yrs until Tom got to sick.

There is so much pain out there but our son played a song for him durning the funeral, we are very proud of him and how he dealt with it because he knows that his buddy is in NO MORE PAIN and that Tom is in a better place. God wanted his child home.

We had to tell our sons they found a lump in my right breast and I have gone back every 6 months(3 times) and it keeps growing so Ken said that's it forget about this every 6 months and it keeps growing and it runs on my mother's side, so Ken found a great doctor in Boston they are doing more tests, my mother had stage 1 and I lost one cousin and my other cousin she lost both her breasts, I am scared out of my mind but I put it in the Lord's hands right now and the Lord is with me everyday and you really do enjoy life more when you feel that something is very wrong . My husband will be with me when I go for the other tests and then they will be removing it.
I don't like to talk about it or ask for prayers for myself because I pray for other's but Kerrie I ask if you could maybe ask God to let everything be OKAY!
MY husband and I have cried we pray not just about this but we pray every morning about alot of different things, I want to be here to see our oldest graduate college and our youngest graduate high school. See them marry and have grandchildren and I we believe that I will. We are a very close family so when we told our sons it was hard, more so for our 16 yr old. Alot of questions. please pray for my family.

I do have a blog you did join but I didn't put my email address up there so here it is in case you want to post a comment but it might be private.
