Each time I think of His sufferings for us it brings me to my knees in a flood of tears.

You have indeed found a most delightful treasure in that bag of jewelry. As I read your thoughts of the missing cross a soft, gentle smile emerges on my face.

He is risen! "On Christ the solid Rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand."

Grateful am I, He gives us so much love and care, always interested in only what's best for us, He gives us His time that never runs out and is always there when we call on Him.

And how blessed we are for all He has done and continues to do in our lives!!!

The beautiful cross from your cousin is such an endearing and thoughtful gift. I recently bought a cross to hang up in my home and now I know the perfect place to hang it... In the kitchen. Thank you! *BIG smiles!*

Thank you Kerrie for your friendship. I am taking away more blessings than I could ever count each time I visit and read your blogs. I am certainly celebrating the love of the Lord with you.

Sending you belated birthday wishes! Each birthday more special than the last, for God has given us all of Himself so we may live a long and prosperous life!

God bless you dear sister. With love and care from Kerrie. xOxKerriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09415168156854751135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8307755740596236782.post-54239450653747764602011-04-11T09:55:59.154-04:002011-04-11T09:55:59.154-04:00Hi Kerrie! I'm now going to look at my Rosary differently because HE is still on mine.
I love this song too and I actually have the version to the tune of "The Water is Wide" on my iPod! They have a teaching and depth in them that make us understand the sacrifice that Christ made and why we must live a certain way.Lydiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15530969871397361970noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8307755740596236782.post-46376890180332239282011-04-08T14:52:58.538-04:002011-04-08T14:52:58.538-04:00Beautiful write, Kerrie ... Your cousin...A beautiful, beautiful hymn for sure!! Your cousin's gift is beautiful and looks so nice on your wall. What a story about the little dog and his rock! Funny, I was watching Dr. Oz the other day and it was about people who have compulsions to eat things they shouldn't. One woman had to eat rocks. From a certain place. She would go and gather them, and keep some in her purse. When she was stressed or felt bad, she would eat one. She liked the feel between her teeth and they calmed her down. I wih they would have said whether she has the rock of Jesus in her life.Ginny Hartzlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09329131153403895625noreply@blogger.com
